I keep track of my progress on a simple Trello board.

Take this with a grail of salt. I don’t plan too much ahead, so don’t be mislead by the small number of backlog and idea cards – there’s still an incredible amount of work ahead of me. Also, I tend to add cards retrospectively, so sometimes things move directly into the Done column. And sometimes I forget to add cards entirely. Because I am building alone, I usually don’t put elaborate descriptions into the cards; if there’s some text, it’s typically just to make sure I won’t forget about it.
